Account deletion is handled through the product account flow. If you cannot access it, contact support.

Before deleting

Save anything you need first. Account deletion can remove access to saved homes, conversations and other account information.

Contact support from the same email associated with your account.

Delete from the app

  1. Open your account, then Settings.
  2. Choose Delete account and read the confirmation.
  3. Submit the request. The app shows your deletion deadline and any available recovery option.

If you cannot sign in, contact support from your account email. Do not email identity photos or payment credentials.
